Linear Way CNC Lathe
The one-piece 45 degree slant bed with high rigidity structure and low center of gravity makes easy access for workpiece changeover and smooth chip removal to avoid chip accumulation.
The spindle is designed with NN type double row roller bearings at front and rear section and Ø130mm high precision angular ball bearings at the middle section to perform excellent heavy cutting at low spindle speed.
FCL-300MC live tooling system
Supply the fastest servo turret features 3-piece coupling gears, fast hydraulic locking and tool-to-tool change 0.3 second. It brings you the high production efficiency by the integration of the turning and live tooling.
