Heavy Duty CNC Lathe
Our Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machine is equipped with 4-speeds gearbox spindle, upgrading the output torque of 45kW spindle motor for heavy cutting of big diameter workpiece. The bar capacity Ø196mm satisfies various processing applications.
The slant bed with low center of gravity makes the changeover of big workpieces easier. It also results the smooth chip removal to avoid the thermal deformation caused from chips accumulation.
The tailstock is equipped with an Ø200mm MT6 rotary quill that provides higher support rigidity and loading capacity than a live center. The tailstock movement driven by the hydraulic motor makes better production efficiency.
